The Intelligence range is designed to collate production data from the entire plant and give you key data regarding efficiency, speed and measures, and also serves as an early warning system regarding critical faults.
Initially, Tiama inspection machines delivered production data, mainly used for counting purposes. The data does however, have a much greater value. This led to the development of Tiama Intelligence Systems that gather real-time data across the production line with results displayed on a single platform. At the heart of the smart factory, Tiama offers these enhanced software solutions, identifying production drifts so that corrections can be made automatically… even before the relevant defect occurs.
Tiama IQ scan
A Manufacturing Execution System (MES) allowing managers and operators to manage quality, production and monitor line efficiencies in the forming, quality, laboratory and mold-shop departments.
IQ Scan collects data across the lines at the hot end, cold end, from the laboratory and mold-shop.
