Operating principle
To ensure the integration of all the measurement and control stations in one single framework.
MX 4 combines up to 7 control stations, 6 of which are rotating ones. Each detection can be positioned independently in accordance with customer needs.
All forms of glass containers are inspected on a motorized servo platform.
A single or double infeed screw and a specific guide allow the containers to arrive in a simple, stable and safe manner.
Next, the carrousel allows the glass containers to be accommodated on rotating stations which can be adjusted according to the height, diameter. All inspections are performed independently thanks to all integrated detections system.
Finally, the outfeed system is made in a very smooth manner, in particular with a standard motorized foam roller with belts.
