Tiama’s modular hot-end monitoring systems provide IS operators with immediate data and easily applied information (gob specifics, infrared radiation measures…) to help improve productivity. Operators no longer need to wait for cold-end feedback to produce satisfactory containers. And, with increased gob/glass knowledge gained from the large amount of data collected, the process becomes more and more controlled.

Operating principle
The Tiama HOT mass 2 works with a single “camera box” located just under the shear cut. The cameras take pictures of the gobs which are then analyzed by the system.
This data is used to regulate the gob weight automatically by controlling the tube and the needles (optional).

Operating principle
The Tiama HOT eye is composed of two high definition cameras and one infrared light source.
The Tiama HOT form utilizes one or two infrared cameras, installed in the same tubes as the Tiama HOT eye.
The Tiama HOT move is is purely software-based and does not require any additional hardware.
The Tiama HOT eye and the Tiama HOT form can be bought separately.

The Tiama HOT systems range provides real-time production data. This allows closed loops to be created with the IS machine and the feeder. The settings of the IS machine can therefore be automatically optimized.
Tiama HOT systems data (data and images) reinforce the link between hot and cold end by communicating via the Tiama Eco-System. The cold end machines can therefore adjust their thresholds according to the hot end events.
